Teruko Matsunaga, 94, of Hilo died Sept. 29 at Legacy Hilo Rehabilitation &Nursing Center. Delbert Yuen Seong Lau, 88, of Keaau died Sept. 27 at Hawaii Care Choices Pohai Malama Care Center.
